Customer service was great! Not really impressed with the stun device. I don’t like that it doesn’t have a kill switch and the device can be used against you if someone grabs it.

I’ve used other, stun devices, but prefer the ease of using the To Be Clear device. I’ve found multiple uses for it too, as I have had several dogs, over the past few months, try to attack my puppy. Perfect for every need.

This items tries to do too much. If someone does not play with the device over and over it gets confusing that one push is light and two is for the turn. I do not believe the strobe is necessary
