Shipping, Warranties & Returns

It is the Responsibility of you, the purchaser to ensure you are educated on laws governing the possession and use of these products.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Federal and state laws require that we provide the Notice or Right to Cancel on this receipt. However, Damsel in Defense offers an additional refund policy beyond that required by law. Damsel in Defense will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of receipt with a valid sales receipt/order form provided the item being returned is in new, unused condition in its original packaging. Close-out and discount items are not eligible for return or exchange. Items that have been used are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
Keep a copy of the sales receipt/order form to be eligible for an exchange or return.

Lifetime Warranty

Damsel in Defense prides itself on carrying the highest quality personal protection products. Regardless of how strict quality standards may be, there can sometimes be an item that is defective. We therefore offer a lifetime warranty on all Security On The Go, Pepper Spray and Stun Gun products. We offer a 90 day warranty for products in all other categories. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use. It does not cover failures that are a result of accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, weather, outdoor elements, or modification. Products that are accepted under warranty will be repaired or replaced at our discretion depending on the problem. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of this sales receipt/order form.

Exchange & Lifetime Warranty Processing Fee

Damsel in Defense covers the cost of shipping both ways for all defective exchanges, provided we are notified within 60 days of purchase. For products with a lifetime warranty where a defect occurs or we are notified after 60 days, but within 365 days from purchase, Damsel in Defense will cover the cost of shipping to replace the defective item, however, the customer is responsible for shipping the defective item back at their cost before it will be replaced. When an item becomes defective after 365 days, Damsel in Defense will replace the item after it has been returned to us and a $10 warranty processing/shipping fee has been paid.
