I was pleased with the fast response and receiving the disabled pin however, it is too small. I needed one. It was larger when I put it in I have to twist it around and sometimes it will hit the spot and it’ll work, but if I’d let go, it will fall out. I think it’s for a smaller stun gun and I’m trying to figure out how to get the larger one. I’ve sent the model number and also it’s the one that’s handheld it’s not the ones that’s on a key ring. It’s the one that’s more of a handheld pin or stun gun and I’d like to get a replacement pin for that that would be greatly appreciated but for service I was very impressed it just that was the wrong item and I don’t know how to get it back to you or how to get a new one or the right size I should say.
